In the Finnish sauna, the high heat and dry air create an intense sense of warmth – ideal for sweating out your stresses, detoxing and unwinding.
Aroma steam bath
Gentle steam, essential oils and soothing warmth combine to create a sensual experience for the skin, respiratory system and mind – deeply relaxing and rejuvenating all at once. Several times a week, the aroma steam bath transforms into a regenerating grotto – enriched with soothing brine.
Organic sauna
Gentle heat and soothing humidity make the organic sauna an ideal option for those looking to combine relaxation with mild circulation support.
Infrared cabin
The soothing deep heat eases muscle tension, boosts circulation and restores your energy. Our Physiotherm infrared cabins, crafted from genuine, locally sourced stone pine, await you – perfect for unwinding after spending an active day in the mountains.

Here, you can lean back, breathe deeply and truly savour the moment. In the stylish relaxation area, you’ll discover soothing tranquillity and the freedom to fully unwind.
You’ll find a unique oasis of tranquillity in our Fichtenstube, taking in the ambiance of the Kaunertal spruce forest.
