Booking Information
from A to Z

At Feichtnerhof, we like to keep things clear and simple. That’s why we’ve summarized the most important information about your stay briefly and concisely.

On the day of arrival, rooms are available from 3:00 PM. If you plan to arrive after 6:00 PM, please let us know. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 10:00 AM.

The prices listed are per person, per day, including 3/4 board, plus local tax, and apply to stays of 3 nights or more.

The local tax is €3.50 per person for guests aged 15 and over and is charged separately.

You are welcome to book your stay with us in a double room for single use. In this case, a surcharge applies, depending on the daily rate and season.

Prices for rooms with breakfast only are available upon request.

Child discounts apply when staying in a room with two full-paying adults:

  • Up to 3 years: FREE

  • 4 – 9 years: 50% off

  • 10 – 15 years: 30% off

  • 16 – 17.9 years: 20% off

Groups are warmly welcomed at Feichtnerhof Hotel. We are happy to prepare an individual offer for your summer or winter vacation (maximum 60 people).

From May 1 to October 31, Feichtnerhof guests receive the Kaunertal Summercard basic free of charge with their stay. This card offers a variety of benefits, including free use of the regional buses from Landeck to the Kaunertal and Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, as well as free entry to Lake Ried and the outdoor pools in Prutz and Pfunds.

You can also purchase the Bergfreiheit Card at our reception. This card gives you access to the most beautiful spots in the region. It includes free and unlimited use of the Kaunertal Glacier Road, the Karlesjochbahn, and the lifts at Sommerberg Fendels, as well as one day at the Pitztal Glacier to Austria’s highest café at the Dach Tirol at 3,440 m above sea level.

As a Feichtnerhof Basic partner, our guests receive the Kaunertal Winter-TAL-Card basic free of charge in winter. This card offers advantages such as free use of the ski buses, which stop directly in front of our hotel, 50% discount on the village lift, access to cross-country ski trails, free entry to Quellalpin, and many other attractive benefits.

Ski passes for the Kaunertal Glacier and Fendels ski area are available directly at our hotel. This saves you time and lets you start your winter fun immediately.

To confirm your reservation, we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total booked amount.

Cancellations are only valid in writing and are charged as follows:

  • Cancellation up to 31 days before arrival: 40% of the total price.

  • Cancellation up to 8 days before arrival: 70% of the total price.

  • Cancellation within the last 7 days before arrival: 100% of the total price.

  • Late arrival, early departure, or no-show: 100% of the total price.

On request, we are happy to welcome your four-legged family members. Due to increased cleaning requirements, we charge €25 per pet per day (food not included). Please note that pets are not allowed in the main dining room and in some rooms. Meals can be served in one of the side rooms where dogs are allowed. Owners are responsible for any damage, including to furniture.

Out of consideration for our guests, smoking is not permitted in our hotel.

Guests arriving by public transport can have the Summer Card / Winter-TAL Card (guest card) sent digitally by email as a voucher. This allows free travel on the regional bus from Landeck station to Feichten. Please complete the online check-in in advance.
